Consult appointments visits are to evaluate concerns that take more time to discuss than those issues covered during regular check-ups.
Generally, caregivers are asked to complete a packet prior to the consult appointment, attached below, that provides further information regarding your child. This helps us understand and address concerns more thoroughly.

Follow-up appointments are generally required at a minimum every 3 months, however your provider may ask for your child to come more frequently depending on the circumstances. These appointments are important for reevaluating children on their medication and to ensure no complications. Missing appointments may result in a delay in refills being sent.
